Cookie Policy

Effective date: August 9, 2026 · Last updated: August 24, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Apistride Private Limited uses cookies and similar storage or access technologies through Perslace. It covers the public website and, where stated, related Perslace pages and interfaces.

Read this policy with our Privacy Policy. If a customer-managed Perslace service presents a more specific notice, that notice supplements this policy for the relevant service or feature.

Necessary by default

Only technologies required for security, consent storage, forms, and requested functionality may operate without optional consent.

Granular control

Preferences, analytics, and marketing can be accepted independently through the banner.

Six-month choice

Your selection expires after six months or sooner if the consent model materially changes.

1. Overview and scope

Cookies are one type of technology used to store information on, or access information from, a device. This policy also covers local storage, software development kits, pixels, tags, scripts, device or browser identifiers, security tokens, and comparable technologies.

Some technologies are essential for a service requested by the user or for secure operation. Others are optional and are not activated before consent where consent is required. The exact technologies used can depend on the page, account, location, browser, customer configuration, and features you use.

2. Cookies and similar technologies

  • Cookies are small text files associated with a browser and website. Session cookies expire when the session ends; persistent cookies remain until their expiry or deletion.
  • Local storage stores information in the browser without sending it automatically with every web request. Perslace uses it to remember the cookie choice described below.
  • Security tokens help validate a protected interaction, such as a demo-form submission, and may be short-lived or single use.
  • Pixels, tags, and scripts can measure page activity or enable a third-party feature. Optional measurement or marketing scripts must be consent-gated where required.

3. Why we use these technologies

  • remember and apply your privacy choices;
  • deliver requested pages and maintain secure sessions;
  • protect forms, accounts, and infrastructure from spam, fraud, abuse, and automated traffic;
  • remember optional interface preferences where available;
  • understand website use and improve reliability when analytics is enabled with the required consent; and
  • measure campaigns or support relevant marketing only if such technologies are introduced and lawfully enabled.

4. Cookie and technology categories

Strictly necessary

Active where needed

Security, consent storage, protected forms, network delivery, authentication, and core functionality requested by the user.

Consent: Always active; consent is not requested where the technology is legally exempt.

Preferences

No optional public-site preference technology currently active

Remember optional display, language, region, or interface choices.

Consent: Off by default unless accepted, except where a user-requested preference is exempt.

Analytics

Available after Analytics consent

Google Analytics 4 measures visits and navigation. Microsoft Clarity provides heatmaps and session recordings to help improve the website. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views.

Consent: Off by default; no analytics tags load before Analytics consent.

Marketing

LinkedIn Insight Tag and Microsoft advertising uses, subject to consent

Measure campaigns, attribute referrals, or support relevant advertising.

Consent: Off by default; requires Marketing consent. The current shared tag setup also requires Analytics consent to load.

5. Current technology disclosures

The table describes the public website as of the date above. Optional technologies run only after the relevant consent. Entries marked “where used” depend on provider settings, security configuration, and browser restrictions.

Current public-site setup. We use Basic consent mode: Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Microsoft Clarity are blocked until you allow Analytics. Clarity is connected to GA4 to relate website activity to heatmaps and session recordings. LinkedIn tracking and Microsoft advertising consent additionally depend on your Marketing choice. Selecting Marketing alone does not activate the shared container.

7. First-party and third-party technologies

First-party technologies are set or controlled by Perslace for the Perslace domain. Third-party technologies are provided by another organisation whose code or service is used on a Perslace page.

Cloudflare Turnstile protects forms against abuse. Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity are optional analytics services delivered through Google Tag Manager. Clarity can capture page interactions, clicks, scrolling, device and browser information, and session recordings. Our contact form is marked for content masking. Marketing technologies include LinkedIn and Microsoft advertising uses, subject to your choices. Customer-selected integrations are governed by their own notices and configuration.

Provider details: Google Privacy Policy, Microsoft Privacy Statement, Clarity cookies, LinkedIn Cookie Policy, and Cloudflare Web Analytics beacon.

8. Duration, expiry, and deletion

A technology may last for a browser session, a fixed period, until the purpose ends, or until you delete it. We choose periods based on the purpose, sensitivity, legal requirements, provider configuration, and whether a shorter period can achieve the same result.

The Perslace consent record lasts six months. Security tokens are normally short-lived or single use. A conditional Cloudflare clearance cookie follows the configured Challenge Passage period and may be refreshed or invalidated based on security signals. Conditional analytics data is limited to the period stated in the disclosure table and our Privacy Policy.

9. How to manage or delete technologies

  • Use the cookie banner or to change optional categories.
  • Use browser settings to view, block, or delete cookies and site data.
  • Use private-browsing or browser-profile controls where appropriate.
  • Review controls provided by a third-party service or customer-selected integration.

Blocking strictly necessary technologies may prevent protected forms, authentication, security controls, or other requested features from working correctly. Rejecting optional technologies does not prevent access to the public website's core content.

10. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track

We do not sell personal information for money. Consented advertising disclosures may be treated as a sale or sharing under some privacy laws. We keep Marketing off when your browser sends Global Privacy Control. You can also reject Marketing in Cookie Settings. Because browser “Do Not Track” signals are not consistently defined, they may not receive a separate response where no legal standard applies.

11. Changes to this Cookie Policy

We may update this policy when technologies, providers, purposes, retention periods, or legal requirements change. We will update the date above and, where a change materially affects optional consent, invalidate the earlier preference record and ask you to choose again.
