Plan your setup

A practical approach to connecting commission data

A long tool list is only useful if it supports your actual plan. Start with the data your commission rules need, then choose the simplest suitable connection method.

Read the data connection guide
  1. Start with the source of truth

Identify where deal ownership, eligible revenue, employee records, and payment status are maintained. Decide which system should supply each field before connecting tools.

  2. Confirm the connection method

Check whether your workflow uses a native integration, file import, automation tool, or the open API. Confirm supported data, permissions, sync direction, and refresh frequency with our team.

  3. Map and check a sample

Match your source fields to the plan: participant identifiers, transaction amounts, currencies, dates, and eligibility conditions. Compare a sample against your expected commission result before expanding the workflow.

  4. Agree on scope and cost

Review plan eligibility, connection limits, any third-party charges, and custom setup requirements. Include ongoing ownership and data checks in your implementation plan.
