QuotaPath alternatives without a platform fee
QuotaPath publishes its prices, which makes it easy to compare. Its pricing combines a per-user price with a monthly platform fee. For a small team, the platform fee can be most of the bill. This page shows what QuotaPath publishes, works out what that means for small and mid-sized teams, and lists alternatives that charge per user without a platform fee. Perslace wrote this page and is one of the alternatives, so every competitor fact links to its source, and we say when QuotaPath is the better fit.

What that means in practice
Using QuotaPath's list prices with annual billing:
| Users | QuotaPath Growth | QuotaPath Premium | Perslace |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 | $525/month | $800/month | $50/month (Growth) |
| 10 | $700/month | $1,050/month | $150/month (Pro) |
| 20 | $1,050/month | $1,550/month | $300/month (Pro) |
QuotaPath = platform fee + (users − 5) × per-user price. Perslace Growth is for teams of 1–5 users; larger teams use Pro at $15 per user per month billed annually. Plans include different features, so compare what you need, not just the total. Excludes tax and discounts.
When QuotaPath is the better fit
QuotaPath's platform fee pays for implementation, an account team and ongoing support, so for some teams it is good value. Choose QuotaPath if you want:
- A managed service where QuotaPath builds and maintains plans for you (Strategic)
- ASC 606 accounting of commissions, which QuotaPath includes from its Growth plan
- Payouts run through an HRIS such as Rippling, which QuotaPath lists on Premium
- A free trial before you talk to sales
